I don't know if anyone has run into this issue recently, but on the arch. quest to get the book, the npc never spawns. I have been waiting, and running back and forth everyday for about a week and still nothing. Supposedly the npc that has the book is by the Ophidian Temple. There are grave-robbers but not once has the grave-robber leader spawned. Has anyone had this same issue, or something I am not doing right? If this is a issue, can it be looked into? Thanks  :D

Its too camped man, some guys are camp it on clock.At moment this is major problem because few ppl ,camp all items and sold them on huge prises.

Not true. You want to kill the grave robbers. They drop the book you need to turn into the quest guy.

Further clarifying what Allestaria said, there is no NPC named the leader. One of the grave robbers will randomly have the book.

Ohhhh, my mistake. I musta misread the quest dialog. Coulda sworn it said something bout the 'Leader' had to be killed. Thank you for clearing that up for me, I will keep trying then. TY again guys  :D

Nope you didn't read it wrong. The shard just doesn't have a leader.. lol They are all on strike from their boss =)

hey bud,
It is a bit confusing, ran into the same issue myself.
I have killed over 150 robbers and got two journals. You can certainly have bad luck with those guys, but keep at it, it will drop eventually
